Studio Hire
Our studio provides a blank canvas for your next photography campaign, content creation or creative space hire. With lime-wash textured walls, rendered white walls, and stylish shelving, it serves as an inviting blank canvas for your projects. Whether you're focusing on personal branding, a space to create from, or simply exploring your creativity, our studio caters to both e-commerce, lifestyle and UGC content. You'll find assorted chairs, stools, and modular seating, along with a variety of props and decor, are included. A kitchenette, filtered water and washroom facilities for added convenience. For additional flexibility, we offer a freestanding backdrop stand and neutral paper backdrops (1.3 meters) as optional add-ons.

Blanc Space is available for intimate celebrations, workshops, creative gatherings and special occasions. From baby showers and bridal showers to intimate classes, exhibitions and networking events, intimate pilates classes our space offers a beautiful and considered setting to bring people together.
Perfect for smaller gatherings, Blanc Space provides a warm, versatile backdrop for celebrating, connecting and creating memorable moments.
